Keep Calm and Safety Glasses ON will be the theme at the beginning of each of my Biology labs. We are in the process of transitioning to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Safety glasses will allow for more challenging and in depth lab activities. For most of the students, this is their first time engaging in these types of laboratory activities. My students will have the opportunity to participate in labs that include the use of chemicals and materials that require them to protect their eyes.
