Our school once had an award winning school newspaper, but over the years, the program died off. We are trying to bring that back, but we need some supplies. Having a quality school newspaper will increase student engagement in their school and in their community by giving students more chances to be involved and to learn about all the incredible things our school does. Our newspaper will be an interactive online publication, which means photos and videos will be especially important. The Lumix Active Lifestyle Tough Camera will be a great starting camera for my students to use as it is designed to be very durable, even able to take underwater photos. However, the cameras don't come with any external memory, so we will need memory cards, and as durable as they are suppose to be, having good cases will help to protect and extend the life of the cameras. Having a school newspaper will be a great step for our school towards improving school culture and helping our students realize that they should be proud to be a Bulldog, but the reality is that these students have grown up in a visual world, and the better quality images and videos the newspaper has for them to interact with, the more likely they are to actually read and follow it. Please help my students make this an awesome newspaper by providing them with these cameras.
