This project will make a tremendous impact of my students because it will give them the ability to have their own household laptop. I teach at a Title I school where over 80% of our population lives in poverty. Students and parents need access to computers for all aspects of student life. These three laptops that I have requested will allow students to work on assignments at home. Also, parents will be able to take a laptop home without judgement and complete all necessary forms, assignments, and interact with their students' teachers on their own time. Due to their busy work schedule, parents are often unable to attend important events. With computer access, these parents will have an easier time communicating with the school.
