The materials will enhance student learning through the use of different types of hands on activities. Such as using letter stamps to make their sight words, using erasable markers to write on whiteboards, or write on erasable pocket sheets. As well as using different types of pens, markers, and pencils to create and learn their words. They will also have an opportunity to play games that are already made or that I will be creating using the materials purchased. Students learn in various ways , therefore I want to give them the different types of hands on materials which will allow them to learn better. Not only are they enhancing their learning , but they are also learning in a fun way. Sight words are a key component of reading. Primary books begin by using sight words and if the student is not learning them, they will struggle reading.
