Many of my ELL students have never worked with computers. I want my students to learn to use them and to learn of the many resources available for them and their families. My students will also be able to use the computers to help them learn English. It is crucial that my students learn how to use a computer as they are living in the US. They will learn the importance of technology. My room does not provide technology due to lack of funding. These chromebooks will help my ELLs tremendously as they acquire English. These chromebooks will allow my students to develop the five domains of language which are reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension.
