Within our strength and conditioning program we teach every student the proper technique for each lift. Some students initially lack the strength to use a traditional olympic bar. The olympic training bar allows those students to perform the same movements while using a bar that is appropriate for them. Once the students meet a certain benchmark they will then transition to a traditional bar. Mini bands are vital pieces of equipment within a strength and conditioning program. You can use them to work every single part of the body. These bands are great for warm-ups before a workout. The more stable their muscles are in the scapula, glutes, and hips, the better they can prevent themselves from injury. All student athletes can benefit from using mini bands.
