My school building does not have AC. Right now temperatures outside are reaching into the 90's and our classroom gets hot and stuffy, even with the doors propped open. I had four student nosebleeds in the first two weeks of school due to overheating. In order for my students to be ready to learn they need to to be comfortable. The fans and flexible seating will help students stay cool and get their wiggles out while staying focused. The tools and manipulatives will increase student learning and participation. The easel will help me display materials to my students and allow them to sit in a group and all see the material. The creative bricks promotes creativity and allows students to learn hands on and manipulate structures. The items in my project will help me present information in a more efficient way, allow students to work hands on and think creatively and keep our classroom temperature cool.
