My class is a group of 20 first grade students who are eager to learn. Most of our time is spent in small groups, learning to read, learning basic math facts and learning to get along with each other. We start each morning with morning meeting where we focus on character education. This is so my students grow up to be smart, respectful citizens who are motivated to be successful, hardworking adults. Every day I am amazed with the amount of love and determination I see in my classroom. My students never give up, and are always encouraging toward one another. In order to keep us engaged in learning, we are constantly in need of new materials and resources. Please be sure to check my page for updated projects to see what my class is up to!
