Students like to be comfortable when they are working. Choice seating will help my students feel like they are at home in the classroom. Students will be given choices of what type of seat is going to help them put their best effort into their work. Every child enjoys having a choice as to where they are going to sit for the day. I am requesting wobble chairs, retro tables, floor seats, cushions, and lap desks. Providing all of these different seating options will motivate my students to work hard. It also gives them a sense of ownership in the classroom. They can go anywhere they want to work for the school day.
