Having the OSMO kits in our school will make a world of difference in the lives of many of our learners. Day in and day out teachers strive to present, facilitate, and TEACH their students to master the curriculum. The OSMO kits will be a huge factor in helping to meet all of those standards. Talk about motivation! These kits will help to motivate the reluctant learner. Kids that struggle with reading and math tend to have lower self-esteem and by the 4th and 5th grade they have begun to withdraw and take less risks. Using the Numbers tiles with the OSMO will help students grasp the concept of numerical operations, or the Letters tiles will help them with letter recognition and spelling. These are hands-on, manipulative resources that will keep students engaged and facilitate their learning.
