My 9th-12th grade students are creative and ambitious as they compile digital technology, design and photography skills to compile the Dynasty Yearbook! In Journalism classes, students learn the basics of solid reporting, writing, and producing--not to mention history--as they employ their tech and website building tools to present to the world stories that matter at Desert Pines High School with credible sources, relevant news stories--plus beautiful photos and videos--we are in need of cameras (Canon DSLR t6i cameras $599) and tripods Manfrotto Compact Advanced Aluminum Tripods ($99.88), all available at B & H Photo in NY, NY. Address is: 420 9th Avenue, NY, NY, 10001 Phone: 877-886-4180 Last--I am teaching film studies next year and am in hopes of developing an archive of films for high school students that are either classic, avante guard, artisic, of interest to 21st cent learners, or specific genres--Thanks!
