With the 4 teams at my school and the 4 volleyballs that we currently have, the students are not able to practice their skills to become better volleyball players. They spend more time standing around than learning anything. With these new volleyballs, the students will learn teamwork and communication. They will increase their hand-eye coordination, reflexes and balance. They will also improve muscle strength. Volleyball is a life-long social sport. Having new volleyballs will open up a world of possibilities for these students to practice their skills and help them become better teammates and ultimately more well rounded individuals who will be able to enter the workforce having learned teamwork and communication skills.
