I teach elementary special education outside of Houston, Texas. I am blessed to teach these amazing students. I have a classroom where I meet with my students for small group instruction and I often have limited resources. I would love to give my kids the world, but I do need some help My biggest challenge in class is setting my students up for success in an engaging and meaningful manner. Students in my class need interactive and hands on learning materials and experiences in order to cement the learning that is being asked of them. My kids are eager to learn and take on the world, they just need the right materials that will challenge them and keep them engaged.
