This year we have an increased amount of beginner and female students in my weight training course. We need these barbells because they are designed to be lighter in weight and shorter in length than the traditional olympic barbells that we use. The barbells will increase the learning and safety amongst our beginners and female students because the barbell will fit their size and level of strength. The plyometric boxes and battle ropes will meet the needs of our large number of students in my weight training course. Each piece of equipment can service a large amount of students at the same time and provide a variety exercises to fit the needs of a crowded class.
