My classroom of 12 students are always eager to learn! Each one has their own learning preferences and behaviors toward certain work, but we focus a lot of social skills instruction as well as daily living skills. Each one would probably say PE, recess and lunch are all their favorite times of the day, but they secretly love math and science. Having three different grades in one classroom is sometimes challenging and we have many different individual schedules, the students love learning with and from each other. We have our up days and down days as any classroom does and each student has their own learning goals that we are constantly striving to make progress on with its behavioral, social or academic.
