The Chromebooks provided by this project will enhance the learning opportunities for all students in my classroom. Having technology in the classroom allows the teacher to accommodate for many different learning styles, increases student collaboration, and better prepares them for future careers. Integrating technology increases student engagement and helps reinforce the increasingly important value of digital citizenship, using devices correctly and responsibly. Access to technology also teaches students responsibility, by taking ownership of a valuable device and practicing good decision-making. Technology transforms the learning experience. Students have access to an incredible amount of new opportunities. From learning how to code to learning how to better collaborate across teams and with their instructors--technology empowers students to be more creative and be more connected. New tech has super-charged how we learn today.

About my class
