Having Ipads will give my students a voice that they otherwise do not have. They have limited means of communication, and these Ipads will allow them to not only communicate to me as their teacher, but to their peers and families as well. These iPads will also allow my students to access the curriculum through visual learning. With this tool, my students will be able to successfully complete individualized lessons at their own pace and in a way that is meaningful to them. iPads are crucial to my students' learning environment because they benefit from learning in a tactile way. My students learn through hands on experience, movement and song. iPads will give my students the opportunity to learn through touch and sound, which will engage my students in a fun way!
