My students have the amazing opportunity to have a classroom set of laptops. Having classroom access to technology has opened my students to many new learning prospects. I am able to assign lessons and practice based on each individual student's need. Providing each student with a set of headphones would greatly expand their access to learning opportunities available with technology. Students' have access to an increasing number of apps, programs, and websites designed to help students learn at their independent level. I would use this technology during student independent work time to increase engagement and giving added support to student who might struggle with reading. I have already seen the positive effects of having computers and would like to keep that going by expanding my students' access to educational materials technology provides.
