These materials will help my students have more success in literacy by having more books on their individual reading levels as well as access to materials that will help with other phonics based skills. Building words, decoding and encoding are very important kindergarten skills and these materials are going to give my students a great boost in the phonics department! Students will be able to use the letter tiles to build words create sentences and to we will have enough for all students to participate in mix it fix it. Mix It Fix It is a phonics activity where the letters are in the bags and students have to place the letters in the correct order in order to build the CVC word.
