Having a special rug in the classroom for students to gather on makes a huge difference in learning. K-2 students thrive on story time and classroom meetings. Having that special place to gather will provide a positive atmosphere for my students to learn! This rug is especially wonderful because each student will have their very own leaf to sit on! Another way of helping k-2 students to take charge of their learning is to give them small choices like which letter leaf they want to sit on each day. Thank you for helping me to create a great place for these kids.
