The Mobile Backpack Storage Cart will allow scholars to hang up their own backpack and be able to access it as needed. It will also encourage self help skills and support scholars in learning how to be independent. These young people will experience showing respect to their belongings and the belongings of others. It will also increase the much needed discovery space. Scholars have less space to explore and work because of the space the backpacks take up. Once we have the space, scholars can use the blocks and their endless imaginations to practice, science, math, engineering, teamwork, and cooperation, skills so vital in today's world. Building neighborhoods, community businesses or their own school supports a child's learning about their place in time and space. Any opportunity for scholars to problem solve and work together in a well organized space enhances learning and encourages thinking. Young scholars can succeed in math by understanding the important role sorting and patterns play in the way math works. Sorting and pattern cards will allow students to practice skills they have been taught and it will cement their new learning..
