I am starting a ceramics department for low income children in the community at the school I teach at. I am offering ceramics to all students Pre-K through 8th grade. The students are super excited about their ART classes this year! I cannot wait to teach them how amazing they can be and boost their self-esteem through pottery and art projects! In art there are no right or wrong ways to do your work, all you need to succeed is to give it your all! Students will be able to come into art class and create a ceramic art project either hand built or wheel thrown, be able to glaze their art, and fire it in a kiln! I am very excited to offer this to the students this year! Thank you so much for your assistance in making this dream come true.
