This printer and the ink cartridges will be utilized in many different ways, such as making materials for games, manipulatives, awards, and more. My students are economically disadvantaged and tend to have a lot of "gray" in their life, so to speak, so this printer with colored ink will help to color their world. Some ways that I plan to use the colored printer and ink are to make math facts games, number subitzing cards, number recognition games, and word games. This will help the students that I serve to become more fluent in math. I will also use it to make certificates and awards to celebrate successes. I have found that children tend to be more interested in learning when things are in color and not just plain black and white.
