Having daily access to laptops in our classroom will allow me to create more diverse learning experiences in the classroom. Through the use of virtual field trips and project based learning, my students can experience the world around them without having to leave the classroom. Their knowledge of the world and use of critical thinking skills will expand with the use of technology. Student literacy and language skills will also be improved through the use of programs such as Imagine Language and Literacy. My students will also be able to practice and master math skills through guided lessons on Reasoning Mind. In addition, their language acquisition will be better supported. By donating to the project, you are contributing to an increased desire to learn and ultimately, higher academic achievement.
