Students will be able to use these drawers to help them work on organizational skills while interacting with their team. Students will be able to store their daily supplies in them so that they are accessible, but also not in the way. Student will be able to put scissors and glues sticks in one of the skinny drawers. They can store their pencil pouches in another drawer. This allows for students to focus on their learning without having to worry about the materials in their desk. It is also hard for students to stay organized when their desks are filled with a variety of supplies. By providing these drawers, we can cut down on the extra materials in their desk, but also provide a life skill of helping them learn different ways to organize. Class materials for the day can also be stored here, as well as writing and math journals.
