We are AVID! We are a driven group of middle school students who have the determination to succeed in the most rigorous of classes with the aim of attending a 4-year college or university upon high school graduation. Two days a week we have tutorials where we work collaboratively to answer questions we have about our core content classes (typically math). For the remainder of the week, we spend two days working on developing our academic skills and the final day of the week we either have guest speakers, college trips, team building activities, or community service activities.
