Most of my instruction occurs during circle time while sitting on the floor instead of our desks. I find that students feel more relax and connected to one another when sitting on the floor and when they have the flexibility to move. When we sit around the rug, we bond and it transforms our classroom into a more familiar environment. By providing a classroom rug, you will help my students have a space to gather. Most of our social emotional learning and classroom meetings will take place on this space. Please help us make that happen!

About my class
