We are trying to introduce a love for reading to our scholars. Your generous donation will help make it possible for our scholars to learn a love for reading at a young age so they will grow into more successful students and farther into more successful adults. The alternative seating I have planned for our Media Center will make it a fun and relaxing place for our scholars to come and read. Our scholars will be able to come to the Media Center and comfortably read or do school work on the high back bean bag chairs or the large pillows. The chairs will help make our Media Center the "hub" of our school. Many schools are going to alternative seating in class rooms since children tend to focus better if they are in a comfortable atmosphere, so why not bring that concept to the Media Center where the love of reading and books begins.
