My students come from homes where their parents are working most of the day and they live in homes that are unpredictable and unstable. The book boxes will give the students a chance to feel as though they have something to come to at school everyday and this will also allow them to spend more time with books during our daily 5 times. The testing folders are very helpful because my students have a hard time focusing and I know that they can do it with some accommodations. Having an eraser to go with their whiteboard will help the lesson go by more smoothly without students asking for a new piece of paper towel every so often. I believe students should be able to experience art and it is hard for them to do so when we are not provided with glue sticks.
