Education is no longer about the teacher standing in front of the classroom talking to students. Students need a variety of levels and ways so that everyone can learn at a level that is best for them. Because of the diversity of cultures and abilities there are numerous needs within a classroom. Students will be working in small groups, so they will have an opportunity to go to the computer several times a week to get on line and learn their letters, work on addition or subtraction, learn words and phrases in English. Students will be engaged and focued on an activity on their level. I can help another small group of students and give them specific instruction on their level at the same time.
