Photosynthesis a very important chemical reaction. My students need hands-on activities in order to create better learning by experiences in science. Using the seeds to grow plants and having a specific place to observe growth will ensure the learning of photosynthesis. The materials that I'm asking for will provide my students the opportunity to not only experiment with a common chemical reaction important to daily life, they will also be more engaged and motivated to express their findings both verbally and in a written form. This item will benefit my students because most of them do not have the equipment to create gardens at home. These students work hard to reach their goals and are excited to learn and share their knowledge but it is up to us to provide the resources.
