My students use the sweetie shop to work on interpersonal skills. The refrigerator will allow students to have more options for teachers to purchase. The Keurig provides various flavor options that a standard coffee pot does not provide. These items allow the students to be more detail orientated when providing choices to staff members. All proceeds from the Sweetie Shop give students the opportunity to use these skills in real world situations in the community. They are able to purchase items at the store and count the change they receive. When eating out, they decide what they want and are able to give their order to someone else.
