My students will need these materials to make a robotic hand and see first hand why is essential to know and understand the human body when creating a robotic hand or any body part. I teach Medical Technology and the purpose of this course is to instill students with the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes that will lead to their becoming capable, compassionate professionals in the medical technology field. Medical technologies are products, services or solutions used to save and improve people’s lives. Medical technology has revolutionized the health care and prosthetics has helped improved the lives of many in their daily activities and leading independent lives.
