Our students will have access to these kits during Media and Technology specials, as well as other planned times as part of our Maker Space for use in collaborative learning. They will get hands on experiences to build and learn about engineering such as pulleys, levers, inclined plans, force and motion. Goldie Blox kits help students practice using the 4C's - Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication and Collaboration. These kits will allow students opportunities to strengthen their reading, science and collaboration skills with one another. Off-task time and therefore behavior disruptions will be less by keeping them engaged with the kits.
