My students come from a variety of different backgrounds. There are many different languages spoken in my classroom with students and their families from all around the world. My school is located in a city suffering the side effects from drugs, gangs, and violence. Many of my student will come to school to escape that world, and as their teacher I intend to make that possible for them through engaging lessons and a safe environment. I would use the donations to my classroom to provide my students with the learning materials that they deserve. Through these donations the students will see that there are many people in the world that want them to succeed.
