I am very fortunate to have eager, self-motivated and self directed students who are sponges for learning how to provide quality care in an increasingly changing and evolving health care world. Keeping up with technologic advances is a challenge to provide students with real world equipment usage because of the expense. I often borrow, network, improvise or use a virtual demonstration if I don't have what I need. Every year I set a goal to acquire an additional piece of equipment that will enhance an aspect of the curriculum. I am hoping Donors Choose can assist us with this acquisition.
