Preschool students love to explore, create, and experience hands on art. Through the use of a see-thru easel, students will be allowed to create art in an outdoor space with their typical peers. The desired easel is made up of transparent plexiglass that will be motivating to use. Multiple children can work together to create collaborative masterpieces and work on social skills. Occupational therapists recommend that young students practice their fine motor skills on a vertical surface in order to promote proper hand positioning. Art is also an excellent way for students to incorporate different textures and sensory opportunities into their day.
