Research has proven time and time again that students do not all learn the same way. For some children (and adults), sitting at a desk can seem like torture. That is why it would be amazing to have some standing desks in my classroom. Having standing desks available will be key to sustaining the focus and attention of students who cannot sit for long periods of time. With these standing desks, those who require a different learning environment than traditional seating will be able to find success in the classroom. Standing desks will allow students to stand and to also sit on the stools that accompany them when they are tired. I truly believe this resource will give all students the opportunity to do their best work.
