I teach economically disadvantaged prekindergarten students in the DFW area. The majority of my students are not only low SES, but also have disabilities. I have two half-day classes. One is a self-contained classroom of students age 3-5 who have a range of disabilities. The other class is a prekindergarten 4 class comprised of a mix of typically developing students and students with special needs.
