My students are four years old and growing up in a big urban neighborhood. Our families are working hard to make ends meet. Our school is filled with caring adults who strive to give the children a stellar education. Our school budget has been cut so we often do not have the financial resources to purchase items we need. The parents of our students very often do not the extra money to buy educational materials for their children and this is why we try so hard to have them available at school.
