The materials are going to allow my students to have a first hand experience in developing the basic foundation reading skills that are necessary for early reading. Students will use the Phonemic awareness instant learning centers to engage in beginning sounds, ending sounds, syllables, and sound sort. By using this product, students will have the opportunity to work individually and in small groups to explore and learn from each other as they interact daily with the materials. The students will become successful readers and they will be motivated and encouraged to read as they apply the new skills they learn in and out of the classroom. The sight-word daily activity journal and the Rhyme sorting houses are additional materials that will strengthen each students skills on a daily basis.
