We are requesting book boxes. These book boxes will create organization. The previous boxes I used would constantly break or get wet and make the boxes unusable. These book boxes will be sturdier and last much longer so that my kiddos will have something the whole year. These boxes will be in our library to keep books organized and some will be kept in their cubby for them to tote around the classroom to read during our independent reading time. Having these boxes will improve their school lives by giving them choice in their learning environment. They will be able to choose their own books to keep in their book box and they will exchange them on a weekly basis, so that they will be able to explore new stories, genres, characters, etc.
