To build math thinking classrooms we have learned from research that students learn more, talk more and build better relationships when they are standing. Part of this will mean students will need vertical whiteboards so they can work together and learn. We have started this in one classroom with great success and now we want to build on that by bringing the supplies to ALL of our grades 2-5 classrooms. Our students are inquisitive, hardworking and enthusiastic learners with a variety of learning needs and math is our focus! Please help fund this important project to build equitable math classrooms for all of our students so they can ALL reach high levels of mathematics. We know students who know math, have a better quality of life so help us get each and every learner there with us!
