As a first year teacher, it is important to have items to make your classroom welcoming, organized, and engaging. Items in my project will not only provide a classroom that is inviting but the models will create an environment that is engaging and will make them want to learn. My students need these materials in order to be better prepared for the world ahead of them. These items will provide a better environment for my students and provide the tools they need to even the playing field among other schools with less at risk students. With your help, we can help all student achieve! The items in this project will help students with things such as time management and school engagement. Posters in this project will help anchor information students learn to the wall for easy reference and understanding. The timer will help them learn responsibility and self pacing. The models will assist with student engagement and understanding. Additionally, there are items here that all classrooms should have such as a good pencil sharpener and dry erase sleeves which save paper.
