Having a mailbox system will help my students to learn independence and organizational skills. They will be responsible for putting completed work and notes in their mailbox throughout the day. At the end of the school day they will be responsible for taking the papers out to put into their take home folder. As my students grow, it is rewarding to see how proud they are of themselves as they become more responsible for managing their daily school tasks.
