The use of technology in the classroom is a powerful tool to help engage and enhance student learning. I attended a technology professional development that has given me a tremendous amount of resources to use to help my kids make great gains this school year! The use of these iPods will take my students learning to the next level! I will be able to differentiate learning and build rich lessons that will help advance student learning. Students will be able to use the devices for all subjects and some activities I have planned will include; research, one on one activities, QR codes, reading, small group and center activities, and Nearpod creations. They will have a tool at their finger tips that will help connect their mind to the outside world. This technology will help them to break through barriers in their learning.
