I am a first year teacher at Whitney M. Young Gifted & Talented Leadership Academy. As an integrated science teacher I will be spanning grade levels and science content area. This year alone my classroom will be housing Honors Physics, 10th grade and 7th grade science. Our classroom, while in the basement has a lovely bank of windows overlooking the construction of the new k-8 school. Whitney M. Young Gifted & Talented Leadership Academy is a selective-enrollment public school in Cleveland, Ohio. It is notable as the city's first public gifted and talented school and provides services to 267 students.
