The materials requested will have a great place inside my classroom. I already have the space for the Super Hero Reading Center, I just need help to make the space fun and engaging for the students. I want to create a place with headphones and a listening center where they want to come, sit down and enjoy a great book. It's already difficult to get students to read, but this Super Hero Reading/Listening Center will be a space that draws them to the books and allows them the space many students need to practice and develop those critical reading skills. The beanbags and pillows will allow my Super Heroes in Training a comfortable space where they feel comfortable listening to a story being read to them, reading a story to a friend or reading a story to themselves.
