Being in a Spanish immersion class, the students need to read only in Spanish. Finding Spanish books that are adequate to their level is already difficult and more expensive than buying books in English. Our regular vendors also have a bigger selection of English classics translated into Spanish, but not many authentic Spanish books. When a book hasn't been translated into English, but was originally written in Spanish, you get the full meaning that the author wanted to share. The reader also gets real language and structures that may get lost in translation. Authentic Spanish books will positively impact my students!
