I have a first grade classroom in the wonderful Brandywine School District in Wilmington, DE. We are a title one school which receives federal funding for our students to support their needs. My first graders are active, engaged, and diverse learners. They need frequent opportunities for movement and socialization. My favorite quality about first grade is my students' energy. They are so eager to learn!
